During the heyday of Al Capone's reign over Prohibition Chicago few law enforcement officers dare to mess with Alphonse's operations. It takes an idealistic agent of the Treasury, Elliot Ness (Kevin Costner) and an old beat cop (Sean Connery) to assemble a team which will dare.... and succeed?
