Berlin Sci-fi Filmfest

The international Berlin Sci-fi Filmfest is Germany’s first science-fiction genre-specific film festival. The festival offers a platform for independent filmmakers from around the world to present their work. The festival makers are passionate about science-fiction movies in all formats, from action to drama, documentary to web-series, animation to music, fan-films to geek interest, short film or feature.

For the last three years, the festival has partnered with the Babylon Cinema in Berlin presenting not only films, but also exhibitions, readings, discussions and more. Since cinemas are closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the festival goes online and has established a festival channel via Xerb.TV.

From 27th November to 6th December the Berlin Sci-fi Filmfest is offering a mouth-watering futuristic program of 110 independent short and feature films from 28 countries in over 20 sessions.
