On the run from the zombie apocalypse, the survivors have to land on the roof of a shopping mall. Soon the place is overrun by aggressive bikers and shambling zombies. As with his other "..of the Dead"-films, George A. Romero included a clear subtext, here criticising American consumer culture.

The Argento-Cut, uncut. Tom Dorow prefers the US-cut but says that one way or the other, it's still a film for our age.
