WE ARE FROM UKRAINE is a documentary series about the life and activities of Ukrainian artists during war.
The film team set out to document the important messages from all those Ukrainian cultural professionals who remained in Ukraine and continued their struggle after the full-scale invasion of Russia.
These are 22 interviews where the protagonists talk about February 24, 2022, how their lives has changed since then and how military or volunteer activities are an inseparable part of the country during wartime.
The art community "PLAI" filmed the series during 2022 in various cities of Ukraine. The purpose of the film is to emphasize the importance of the cultural background and ensure the visibility and value of Ukrainian culture, especially at this time for Ukraine.
