KRAUTROCK (PART 1) is the fourth part of the series “Romantic Warriors: A Progressive Music Saga“ by Adele Schmidt and José Zegarra Holder. The very assiduous doc is targeted at insiders, with the interviews with members of Can and Neu! being especially interesting for them. The short clips of Faust‘s live performances hardly capture the music‘s hypnotic effect and the section about Kraftwerk is missing the core members Ralph Hütter and Florian Schneider.
