Animated adventure about a police man and his trusty dog, whose bodies get severely injured when Petey, the "most evil cat in the world" attacks. Surgeons combine their bodies and DOG MAN is born. A police officer with a superb nose but attention issues once squirrels are involved. With his new ability, he tries to stop Petey before he destroys the city.
